Worthington is a single-street community of 38 semi-custom luxury homes in northwest North Royalton Ohio with common area, walking trails and a fishing pond. Homes were constructed by Ryan Homes from 2006-2007, with the final home built in 2011.

Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or composite decks and firepits. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homesites are sized from .37 to .66 acres (average size is .48 acres).
The north side of the street boasts wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and providing privacy and lush nature views.
Homes around the cul-de-sac overlook a detention pond.
Directly east of the cul-de-sac is a wooded 2.44 acre HOA-owned common area parcel (designated in yellow on above map) for wooded views and privacy from the adjacent develoment.
Nature and fitness lovers will appreciate direct access to a nature trail (green lines on map) that meanders through common area owned by the neighboring “sister” community’s HOA, Villas of Worthington.
There is one entrance off Abbey Rd via Worthington Way. It is flanked on the right side by a landscaped bed with masonry signage.
Worthington Way is not connected to another development, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Worthington Way has street trees, curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street. Matching black double mailboxes (2 boxes per post) are placed at every other driveway, bringing continuity to the streetscape.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Worthington are approximately $300 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
To the south are two-story condominiums.
