Eagles Lndg is a cul-de-sac street; Eagle Pt is a stub street that could be extended with future development opportunities.

Just west of the Eagle Pt terminus is a natural gas and oil well (red dot on above map). Due to visual encumbrance or concerns of health and safety, proximity to gas and oil wells can negatively impact home sales/values. On the flip side, neighboring residents can often yield greatly reduced property tax values through the board of revisions.

This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School district.

Bordering Eagles West to the south is the community of Prince Charles Estates. It is across the street from Huntington Park.

Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-77, 14 min to I-71, and 15 min to I-80.

This subdivision is conveniently located just 3 min from downtown North Royalton. Also 3 min away at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station. SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 16 min west.

The North Royalton YMCA is 4 minutes north, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.

Brecksville Reservation is only 11 min away. It is the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 12 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. West Creek Reservation in Parma is a 13 min drive for mountain bike trails, hiking and paved trails, and picnic pavilions.
