The Trails is an upscale community in North Royalton, Ohio with 31 luxury homes adjacent to The Metroparks and its Valley Parkway Multipurpose Trail. This subdivision is located 0.1 miles east of W Edgerton Rd, off the north side of Valley Pkwy, encompassing Silver Tree Trl, Ethan Trl and Raya Oval.
Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes in 2005, many of which have since been updated.
Most homes are colonials with stately full-brick facades.
Homes range from 3,000-5,300 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.

Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Spacious homesites are sized from 0.46 to 0.87 acres.
Lightly treed or partially wooded backyards attract songbirds and offer privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.

Properties along the southern end of the development abut parkland (designated in green on above map).
The north and west ends of the subdivision are surrounded by residential homes.
The entrance to Silver Tree Trl is flanked on the left side by a 0.46-acre common area parcel (yellow plot on above map) with a lushly landscaped bed and masonry signage.
There are mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks throughout the development.
Matching black double mailboxes (2 boxes per post) are placed at every other driveway, bringing continuity to the streetscape.
Silver Tree Trl, Ethan Trl, and Raya Oval all end in permanent cul-de-sacs.
With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Trails are approximately $300 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

The Trails neighborhood is located in the southwest quadrant of North Royalton, off the north side of Valley Pkwy, 0.1 miles east of W Edgerton Rd.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-71, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-77.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only a 9 min drive.

Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
In addition to the surrounding Metroparks, you are also just 12 min to Hinckley Reservation with a 90-acre lake, watersport rentals, hiking trails, and rock climbing. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 23 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers are only 7 min to Valleaire, 8 min to Briarwood and Pine Hills, 9 min to Hinckley Hills, 10 min to Ironwood, and 12 min to Seneca.
