The Meadows in Hudson Ohio is a community of nine homes on a private drive, each with 5+ acres. These homes were built from 1978-2000, with the most recent home constructed in 2013.

There is one entrance to this private street off Valley View Rd, .7 miles south of E Twinsburg Rd. On the left side of the entrance is a rock bed with signage and a backdrop of pine trees. Wooden two rail ranch-style fencing continues on either side of the street into the development.

The development encompasses house numbers 7917-7965 Valley View Rd.

This community does not have sidewalks.

Homes have well water and septic systems.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Meadows are approximately $500 annually, which includes maintenance grounds and snow removal.

This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. A number of private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.

To the north are the cluster homes of The Woodlands of Macedonia. To the northeast is the community of Bradford Woods. The luxury home subdivision of Chadds Ford is to the east.

The Meadows subdivision is located in the northwest corner of Hudson Ohio (Summit County) along the border of Macedonia. The entrance is off Valley View Rd, .7 miles south of E Twinsburg Rd.

Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-480, 10 min to I-271, and 11 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Golfers are only 12 in from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 5 min to Hudson Country Club and 10 min to Lake Forest Country Club.
