This subdivision is located near the Metroparks in Strongsville, Ohio, one mile north of Royalton Rd, off the west side of Webster Rd. It comprises the cul-de-sac streets of Jacqueline Ct and Prescott Ln.

These homes were constructed from 2015-2022 by Legacy-Carrington Builders and Pulte Homes.
These freestanding ranch cluster homes offer 1,700-4,700 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Inside, features include LVP flooring, volume ceilings, garage-entry mud halls/mud rooms with drop zones/cubbies, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms and/or private dens, and an open-concept living area with a fireplaced great room and kitchen featuring granite or quartz countertops, an oversized center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and dining area. The Ledges of Avery Walden is located in northeast Strongsville, off the west side of Webster Rd, a half-mile south of Albion Rd, and one mile north of Royalton Rd (OH-42).
Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 9 min to I-80/Turnpike.
🔊NOISE: The front of the subdivision is roughly 820′ from I-80, which may subject it to interstate noise pollution.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just a 9 min drive.
The Strongsville Recreation and Senior Center is less than 5 miles away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.

Exercise enthusiasts will appreciate the 7 min bike ride or 20 min walk (through the adjoining subdivision of Forest Park) to the Metroparks’ multi-purpose trail along Valley Parkway. Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
Golfers are 11-15 min from various courses including Briarwood, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, Seneca, and Valleaire.
