It encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Pebblestone Ct, Savannah Ct, the north half of Stony Point Dr (up to house number 18742), one home at 14122 Panorama Pkwy, and four homes on Hunt Rd (even house numbers 17896-18004).

Stony Point at Chandler Commons (also called Stony Point Estates) is located in southeast Strongsville, near the border of North Royalton and Brunswick, off the south side of Hunt Rd, directly east of Benbow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-71 and 12 min to I-80/Turnpike. I-71 runs just beyond the western end of the community (some homes are as close as 0.2 miles), which can subject it to interstate noise.
Strongsville’s bustling retail sector and SouthPark Mall are a 6 min drive.
