Stonebridge of Hudson is a wooded community of 32 homes across the street from the high school campus in northeastern Hudson, Ohio. This subdivision is located 0.2 miles south of Hudson Aurora Rd, off the east side of Stow Rd, and comprises the streets of Stonebridge Ct and Stoneyledge Cir, as well as nine homes on the east side of Stow Rd.


These homes were custom-built from 1977-1983 by builders including Zampelli.
Consistent with the architecture of homes throughout Hudson, facades include Dutch Colonial Revival, farmhouse, Greek Revival and Neocolonial styles.
These colonial homes mainly range in size from 2,400-4,400 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Stonebridge of Hudson homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, foyers with coat closets, large principal rooms, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens with built-ins, first-floor laundry, first-floor guest/in-law suites, and fireplaced great rooms adjacent to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, tiled backsplash, dinette area, and sunroom or screened porch. Spacious second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Residences have public sewer and well water.
Backyards feature lush landscape beds, paver patios and/or decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites measure approximately 150′ wide and range from 0.67 to 1.3 acres.
Lots feature scenic rolling topography and varied land cover, from cleared to lightly treed or wooded.

Stonebridge Ct and Stoneyledge Cir both end in permanent cul-de-sacs.
This community is also accessible from Hudson Aurora Rd through the adjoining subdivision to the east, Dillman Estates.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Stonebridge of Hudson.

Stonebridge of Hudson is located in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the east side of Stow Rd, 0.2 miles south of Hudson Aurora Rd, and north of I-80/Turnpike.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-480, 8 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 13 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. The High School is across the street and walkable within 12 min. The main school campus (Early Learning, Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School) is less than a 6 min drive.
