About Pinebrooke in Hudson
Pinebrooke, in northeastern Hudson Ohio, is a single-street community of 29 homes near the city’s school campus. This subdivision is located a half-mile west of Stow Rd, off the north side of E Streetsboro St, and comprises Pinebrooke Dr and one home on E Streetsboro St.


Homes were built from 1987-1991. Builders include Heritage Homes and Prestige Homes.
Facades are consistent with those throughout historic Hudson, including Colonial Revival, Greek Revival, Federal, Georgian, and farmhouse styles.
These 2-story homes range in size from 2,500-4,300 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Pinebrooke homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, built-ins, foyers with open staircases and coat closets, formal dining rooms and living rooms, fireplaced great rooms, private dens, sunrooms, and updated kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, food pantry, and dinette area. With only one entrance and no connection to any other subdivision, Pinebrooke traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
As with most Hudson neighborhoods, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Pinebrooke are approximately $120 annually.
Pinebrooke is bordered to the north by Crown Colony, and to the west by Esmar Estates.

The subdivision of Pinebrooke is located in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of E Streetsboro St, a half-mile west of Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 11 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. It’s less than a mile (4 min drive) to the Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School campus. Hudson High School is a 6 min drive north.
A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12, a 5 min drive), Seton Catholic School (K-8, a 4 min drive), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
It’s a 6 min drive to downtown Hudson’s First & Main, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

The 33-acre wooded Bicentennial Woods Park and 260-acre Hudson Springs Park are only a 3 min drive, with the 260-acres, a 50-acre stocked lake for fishing or boating, 2.2 miles of shaded trails, picnic pavilions, disk golf course, horseshoe courts, volleyball courts, bocce ball court, children’s hedge maze, and a playground.
You are 8 min from Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Trailhead), which offers 34 miles of trails past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.
The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
