Pine Trails in Hudson

Pine Trails is a community of 37 custom-built single-family homes in northeastern Hudson, Ohio. This subdivision is located half a mile north of Middleton Road, between Stow Rd and Ravenna Rd, and comprises the streets of Pine Trails Cir and Spruce Ln.

These homes were built from 1990-2004 by builders including Comstock, David Moore Builders, Dillman Construction, and Schmidt M.T. Construction.

Front elevations include full vinyl and partial or full brick/stone. A few homes even boast full brick surround.

The majority of homes are two-story, but there are some ranch styles as well. Homes range in size from 3,000-5,000 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Pine Trails homes are appointed with desirable amenities including foyers with open-turned staircases, 9′ first-floor ceilings, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom built-ins, multiple fireplaces, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a large center island with breakfast bar, tile backsplash, and dinette area. Owner’s retreats (first or second-floor) include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors may include bonus rooms. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.

Residences are serviced by public sewer and public water.

Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites are sized from 0.69 to 2.1 acres.

The land cover of lots ranges from lightly treed to heavily wooded.

This development is accessible from Stow Rd via Pine Trails Cir, and from Ravenna Rd via Spruce Ln. The entrance to Pine Trails Cir is designated by a small landscape bed with community signage.

Also included in this subdivision is the undeveloped stub street of Pine Trails Ln.

As with many of Hudson’s neighborhoods, streets do not have curbs or sidewalks.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Pine Trails.

The subdivision of Pine Trails is near the border of Twinsburg Township in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County). It is located a half-mile north of Middleton Rd, between Stow and Ravenna Roads.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-480, 7 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-271.

🔊NOISE: I-480 borders the southwest side of the development, which may subject it to interstate noise pollution.

This neighborhood is served by either Hudson City School District orTwinsburg City School District. Residences along the northernmost end of the development and 2876 & 2884 Pine Trails Cir attend Twinsburg Schools.

Private schools serving the community include Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.

You are 11 min from Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Lot Trailhead), which offers 34 miles past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
