About Park Ridge Crossings in Strongsville

Park Ridge Crossings is a new construction community by Parkview Custom Homes with single-family homes, freestanding limited-maintenance cluster homes (Hidden Creek Villas), and attached townhouses surrounded by greenspace.

This subdivision is located in southwest Strongsville, Ohio, off the west side of Prospect Rd, roughly 0.3 miles south of Drake Rd. It will comprise the streets of Hidden Creek Ct, N Buckhorn Ln, Park Ridge Crossings, Westmont Terrace

Single-Family Homes:

The first phase of single-family homes will include 31 lots along the main/entrance street of Park Ridge Crossing.

Parkview Homes is offering more than ten customizable floorplans available as 4-bedroom colonials or 3-4 bedroom ranches and first floor owner’s suites ranging from 2,914-4,366 square feet.

Interior features include vaulted and trayed ceilings, LVP flooring, designated foyers, garage-entry mud halls and (or combo entry/laundry room), formal dining rooms, flex rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms that open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, pantry, dinette area, and even sunrooms. The first phase of homesites ranges from 0.29 to 0.44 acres, measuring approximately 92′ wide with 40′ building setbacks.

Hidden Creek Villas is a section of 18 freestanding limited-maintenance cluster homes within Park Ridge Crossings, comprising the cul-de-sac street of Hidden Creek Ct. Subsequent phases of Hidden Creek Villas will add 32 additional cluster homes along North Buckhorn Ln and Westmont Terrace.

Parkview is offering seven customizable ranch and 1.5-story styles (all with first floor owner’s suites!) ranging from 1,576-2,637 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-2.5+ bathrooms.
