About Huntington Park Estates in Strongsville
Huntington Park Estates is a residential swim and tennis community of 299 homes and 221 cluster homes surrounded by 18.6 acres of dedicated greenspace (common ground) and premium recreational amenities (described in the ‘Neighborhood Amenities’ section below).

There are two sections of single-family homes: the main community and Ruggiero Drive (aka Ruggiero Subdivision).

There are three entrances to this neighborhood: Huntington Park Dr from Whitney Rd, and Bryn Mawr Blvd from Albion Rd and Webster Rd. The main entrance off Webster Rd is decorated by an elongated divided median with landscaping and etched stone signage.
The streets of single-family homes are lined by lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for single-family homes are approximately $340 annually.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Main Section Single-Family Homes:
The main section of single-family homes (large red boundary on map above) were built from 1978-1992. They include colonial, 1.5-story and ranch designs ranging from 1,900-4,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.








In general, these homes include hardwood/LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal living rooms that flow into formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that open to kitchens with pantries and dinette area. Owner’s suites feature walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, bars and workout rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards are enhanced with covered porches, composite decks and/or patios.
Homesites measure approximately 75′ wide and mainly range from 0.21 to 0.29 acres, but there are some larger lots up to 0.49 acres.
Many lots have treed or wooded backyards offering privacy, lush views, birdsong, and shade for cooler al-fresco enjoyment.
Numerous lots abut common ground (yellow plots on the above-illustrated map) extending treed or meadow views.
A stream flows east-west through the center of the subdivision, offering scenic rolling topography.
The main section of single-family homes encompasses the streets of Balmoral Ct, Dogwood Ct, Chevy Chase Dr, Dogwood Ct, Downers Grove Ct, Greenwich Dr, Highland Park, Huntington Park Dr, Inglewood Ct, Lake Forest Dr, Mataire Ln, the west end of N Bexley Dr (house numbers 9580 and up), S Bexley Cir (aka S Bexley Dr), N Laguardia Pkwy (house numbers 15800-16289), Stamford Ct, and Versailles Dr.
To the east, N Bexley Dr adjoins Schneider Reserve, which has its own entrance off Whitney Rd.
⚡For those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance, H-frame steel pole transmission lines run along the west end of the community.
🛢️As indicated by the orange and black circular symbols, there is a natural gas and oil well north of Lake Forest Dr and also south of Stamford Ct. Due to health and safety concerns, proximity to gas and oil wells can negatively impact home values. On the flip side, surrounding residents can often yield reduced property tax values through the board of revisions.
Ruggiero Drive Single-Family Homes:
The eleven homes along the cul-de-sac street of Ruggiero Dr (southeast end of the development) were built by Ruggiero Custom Homes and Drees Homes from 2009-2013. Sometimes referred to as the Ruggiero Subdivision, this street includes colonial, 1.5-story and ranch designs ranging from 2,000-4,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.




Ruggiero Dr homes include hardwood/LVP flooring, first-floor laundry room with utility tub, garage-entry mud halls, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, pantries and dinette area. Owner’s suites feature walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with soaking/jetted tubs and walk-in showers. Full finished lower levels may include media rooms, bars and workout rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards are enhanced with composite decks and/or patios.
Ruggiero Dr homesites range from 0.26 to 0.41 acres.
These lots were cleared of mature trees during development. Many homeowners have since planted evergreens to provide privacy.
Neighborhood Amenities:
This neighborhood offers premium recreational amenities including an outdoor pool, kiddie wading pool, picnic pavilion, play structure, volleyball pit, tennis & basketball courts, gazebo, and a fountained fishing pond.





The pools, picnic pavilion, play structure, and volleyball pit are located at 15400 Bryn Mawr Blvd. The basketball and tennis courts are at 9875 Huntington Park Dr. The pond is just west of the Huntington Park Dr turnabout. The gazebo is next to 16474 N Laguardia Pkwy.
Common space is designated in yellow on the above-illustrated map. Other than the parcel directly east of the basketball and tennis courts, all are owned by the master HOA or cluster home sub-associations.

Location & Nearby Amenities
Huntington Park Estates is located in northeast Strongsville, off Whitney, Webster, and Albion Roads.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-71 and 8 min to I-80/Turnpike. While the proximity to I-71 is convenient, it runs directly west of the development, subjecting it to interstate noise.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only 10 min away.
The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is a 10 min drive, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
Exercise enthusiasts will appreciate being a 9 min bike (1.5 miles) from the Metroparks’ Valley Parkway Connector Trail. Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
Mill Stream Run Reservation is a 4 min drive, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing at The Chalet on the tallest, fastest toboggan ice chutes in Ohio.
Golfers are just 12-15 min to Pine Hills, Royal Crest, Valleaire, and Briarwood.
