These spacious lots range from 2.01 to 6.01 acres.

Other than the westernmost lot, which has a partially wooded backyard, homesites are cleared for open vistas.

A small plot of land on the south end of the private drive will have a pond and permant seating for residents.

With no connection to another subdivision, traffic on Hidden Ridge Dr will be limited to residents and their guests.

The land immediately west of Hidden Ridge (designated in green on map above) is undeveloped parkland owned by the Cleveland Metroparks.

Bordering these homes to the north is a wooded section of South Cuyahoga Sportsmen’s Association, a hunt club with outdoor shooting ranges.
