Esmar Estates Homes

About Esmar Estates Real Estate
Esmar Estates is a community of 24 homes in northeastern Hudson, Ohio, walkable to the city’s school campus and approximately a mile from the historic downtown.
This subdivision is located off the north side of E Streetsboro St, a half-mile west of Stow Rd, and encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Cohasset Dr and Warrensburg Cir.

Homes were constructed from 1970-1983. Builders include Dillman.
Consistent with the designs of homes throughout historic Hudson, facades include Colonial Revival, Greek Revival, Federal, Georgian Revival, and farmhouse styles.
These two-story homes range in size from 2,900-5,300 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Esmar Estates homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, built-ins, foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, fireplaced living rooms and great rooms, private dens, screened porches or sunrooms, and updated kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, tile backsplash, and dinette area. First or second floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side or rear-entry garages accommodate 2-cars.
Residences are serviced by public sewer and public water.
Professionally designed backyards feature lush landscaping, paver patios and/or composite decks, gazebos or pergolas, fireplaces or fire pits, and even in-ground pools.
Lots measure approximately 150′ wide and range from 0.65 to 0.93 acres.
Homesites offer varied tree cover, from sparsely to heavily treed.
The site’s terrain is mostly flat with some properties featuring gently sloping backyards. The level topography is ideal for children, dogs, lawn games, playsets and gardens.
The entrance to Cohasset Dr is flanked by lantern-topped red brick pillars and wooden two-rail ranch-style fencing.
With only one entrance and no connection to any other subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Its streets are adorned by street trees, curbs, lantern-style streetlights, and a distinctive red paver sidewalk on one side of the street. Whether it’s a nod to Carl Fisher’s Miami Beach sidewalks, symbolic of “putting down a red carpet,” or to simply make the grass appear more vibrant as done at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, the crimson sidewalk is certainly eye-catching.

This neighborhood is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. A trail off the north side of Warrensburg Cir cul-de-sac adjoins sidewalks along Simon Rd, which lead directly to the Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School campus (≤12 min walk, or 3 min drive via roadways). Hudson High School is a 6 min drive.
Esmar Estates is bordered to the northeast by Crown Colony, to the east by Pinebrooke, to the southwest by Wellgate Drive, to the west by Warner Estates, and to the northwest by Evamere Heights.
