Deerfield Village is a community of 41 single-family homes in southeast Strongsville, Ohio located off the west side of Howe Rd, between Boston Rd and Drake Rd, comprising the streets of Acacia Dr, Pepperwood Ct, and three homes on Golden Star Dr (house numbers 17232, 17274 & 17316).
These single-family homes were built between 1989-1995, many of which have since been updated.

Homesites are sized at approximately 75-85′ wide and mostly range from 0.29 to 0.45 acres, some with treed backyards.

This subdivision has street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Deerfield Village is also accessible through the adjoining community of Deerfield Lake from Boston Rd or Drake Rd, which borders the subdivision to the north and west.
Bordering the community to the south is Falmouth East.
