Connecticut Woods is a single-street community of eight custom-built luxury homes with heavily wooded lots measuring 3.8 acres in northwest Hudson, Ohio. The subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac of Connecticut Woods Dr, located off the west side of Valley View Rd, 0.4 miles north of E Hines Hill Rd.

These homes were custom-built between1986-1999.

Homes mainly range from 4,000-6,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-5.5+ bathrooms.

Brandywine Creek and a tributary stream meander across the north end of the development, offering scenic rolling topography. Another small stream intersects the northwest corner. Stream-adjacent lots may have riparian setbacks.

The entrance to Connecticut Woods Dr is designated by a landscaped bed, a boulder with a signage plaque, and white three-rail ranch-style fencing that extends along the main road.

Like many Hudson communities, Connecticut Woods Dr does not have sidewalks or curbs.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Connecticut Woods.

This neighborhood is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.

Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-480 and I-271, and 10 min to I-80/Turnpike.
