Cartwright Heritage Estates is a community in Strongsville, Ohio with 78 single-family homes with a neighborhood Elementary School.
This subdivision is located off the north side of Whitney Rd, equidistant between Webster Rd and W 130th St, and comprises Karen Drive, Cartwright Pkwy, Evelyn Ct, Gary Dr, Kortz Cir, and two homes on Century Oak Dr (house numbers 14402 & 14407).


Homes were mainly built by Tanglewood Homes from 1997-2003, with the final homes constructed in 2012 and 2017. Some of the older homes have since been updated.
Homes include colonial and ranch styles that mainly range from 2,100-3,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
First floors feature hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, and great rooms (some vaulted) with fireplaces that are open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, center islands, dinette area, and pantry. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs. Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, workshops, and workout rooms. Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks.
Homesites are approximately 75′ wide and mainly range from 0.29 to 0.35 acres, but there are some larger lots up to 0.68 acres and one home on 1.01 acres.
Some lots have treed or wooded backyards or abut a treeline.
A cleared 2.35-acre common area parcel (yellow area on above map) extends open space views of abutting homes.
A paved walkway (dashed red line on map above) between 13647 & 13671 Cartwright Pkwy extends roughly 400′ to Whitney Elementary to keep students off main roads when walking/biking to school!

The entrance to Karen Dr has a divided median with masonry signage.
Streets are enhanced by decorative trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Evelyn Ct, Gary Dr, and Kortz Cir have cul-de-sacs.
It is connected to Oakland Park Estates to the north and to Oak Leaf Estates to the west.

Cartwright Heritage Estates is located in the northeast corner of Strongsville, along the border of Middleburg Heights and North Royalton. The entrance is off the north side of Whitney Rd, equidistant (0.4 miles) between Webster Rd and W 130th St.
Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-71 and 8 min to I-80/Turnpike.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only 11 min away.
