Cartwright Heritage Estates is a community of 78 single-family homes in Strongsville, Ohio with a neighborhood Elementary School.
This subdivision is located off the north side of Whitney Rd, equidistant between Webster Rd and W 130th St. It comprises the streets of Cartwright Pkwy, Evelyn Ct, Gary Dr, Karen Drive, Kortz Cir (aka Kortz Ct), and two homes on the east end of Century Oak Dr (house numbers 14402 & 14407).


Homes were mainly built by Tanglewood Homes from 1997-2003, with the final homes constructed in 2012 and 2017.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 2,100-4,100 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
First floors feature hardwood or LVP flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that are open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, a center island, dinette area, and pantry. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs. Full finished lower levels may offer media rooms, bars, workshops, and workout rooms.
Garages, most are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks.
Homesites are approximately 75′ wide and primarily range from 0.29 to 0.35 acres, but there are some larger lots up to 0.68 acres and one home on 1.01 acres.
Some lots have treed or wooded backyards.
A cleared 2.35-acre common area parcel (yellow area on above-illustrated map) extends open space views of abutting homes.
A paved walkway (dashed red line on map above) between 13647 & 13671 Cartwright Pkwy leads directly to Whitney Elementary, keeping students off main roads when walking/biking to school!
NOTE: All streets in this development are non-busing streets to Whitney Elementary.

The entrance to Karen Dr has a divided median with masonry signage.
Streets are enhanced by decorative trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Evelyn Ct, Gary Dr, and Kortz Cir (Kortz Ct) have cul-de-sacs.
It is connected to Oakland Park Estates to the north and to Oak Leaf Estates to the west.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
