About Breckenridge Estates in Strongsville

Breckenridge Estates is a single-street community of 27 homes in northwest Strongsville, Ohio. This subdivision is located 0.4 miles north of Albion Rd, off the west side of Prospect Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac street of Breckenridge Ln.

Homes were constructed from 2007-2025 by builders including A.J. Bokar Building Company, Colabianchi Builders, Fireside Planners, Ruggiero Custom Homes and Tanglewood Elite Homes.

The streetscape features complementary transitional and modern farmhouse designs accented with brick/stone.

These ranch, 1.5-story and 2-story homes range from 2,000-5,000 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms, front entry foyers with coat closets, private dens and/or formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some have two-story or vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring stone countertops (granite, quartz or marble), an oversized island, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. First or second-floor owner’s suites (some with vaulted or trayed ceilings) offer walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors may have lofts. Finished lower may include rec rooms and bars.

Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Backyards include custom patios, composite decks and/or covered verandas for outdoor living.

During development, most old-growth trees were cleared. However, most homesites along the south end of the street have partially wooded backyards.

Lots are sized from 0.30 to 0.50 acres. Lots on the south side of Breckenridge Ln measure approximately 80′ wide with 50′ building setbacks. Those on the north side of the street are approximately 75′ wide with 35′ setbacks.

The west end of the cul-de-sac has a 1.09-acre common area parcel (designated in yellow on above-illustrated map) with a retention pond.

The entrance to Breckenridge Ln is flanked by landscaped beds with stacked-stone signage. A greenspace parcel with an earth berm and mature trees extends along the south side of the street, providing privacy from the existing home at the corner.

Breckenridge Ln is lined with street trees, curbs and sidewalks.

As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Breckenridge Estates are approximately $500 annually. HOA website.

This development is bordered to the north by Cedar Creek Estates, to the west by Meadowood, and to the south by Creekside.
