Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios.
Homesites are approximately 75-88′ wide and range from 0.29 to 0.51 acres, some abutting neighboring wooded parcels.

To the north, Park Lane Dr adjoins an established community of homes built in the 1960s/70s, which has entrances off Howe Rd.
