Apple Creek is a community of 43 single-family homes in Strongsville, Ohio, located 0.3 miles west of Howe Rd off the north side of Drake Rd. This subdivision comprises Selby Cir, the south end of Park Lane Dr, and five homes on Drake Rd (even-numbered houses 16612-16792).

Apple Creek homes were built between 2001-2002 by Ryan Homes.
Facades feature classic colonial styles constructed with horizontal vinyl or full brick, accented by decorative window shutters.
Homes include two-story floorplans ranging from 2,500-4,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story) that open to kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Second-level owner’s suites (some with vaulted ceilings and/or sitting areas) have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Full finished lower levels may offer media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and workout rooms.
Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards are appointed with composite decks and/or stamped patios for outdoor living.
Backyard fences, sheds, playsets, and above-ground and in-ground pools are permitted.
During development, homesites were cleared of old-growth trees. Some lots abut a neighboring wooded parcel.
Lots measure approximately 75-88′ wide and range from 0.29 to 0.51 acres.
