Most lots abut HOA-owned greenspace or conservation land totaling 16 acres, protecting streams and wetlands.

The subdivision of Woodland Bend is located in northeast North Royalton, Ohio, off the south side of W Sprague Rd, between Ridge Rd and State Rd.
I-77 and I-71 are a 9 and 10 min drive, respectively.
Conveniently located 5 min south at the intersection of Wallings and State Roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats Sports Bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.

Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls, is 12 min east. The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is also 12 min away with trails, rope courses, and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
Golfers have numerous courses within 17 min, including Ridgewood, Seneca, Briarwood, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, Valleaire, Sleepy Hollow, and Pine Hills.
