Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes, a production builder, between 2004-2005.
Front elevations are styled as Colonial Revival with full vinyl or stately full brick.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Trails are approximately $300 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-71, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-77.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only a 9 min drive.
