The Meadows of Stillbrooke is a community of 33 freestanding limited-maintenance cluster homes adjacent to SouthPark Mall in downtown Strongsville, Ohio. This subdivision offers premium amenities including a park with a fountained pond, a pavilion, playground, basketball court, and paved walking trails.

Stillbrooke cluster homes occupy the circular street of Placid Cove (single-family homes are grayed out on illustrated map below).
Homes were built between 1992-1995 by Valore Homes.
Meadows of Stillbrooke cluster homes include ranch and 1.5-story floorplans that mainly range from 1,300-2,200 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5-2.5 bathrooms.
Common features include hardwood or LVP flooring, two-story foyers, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted), and kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, a breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. Some floorplans include private dens, formal dining rooms, lofts and/or walk-in attics. First-floor owner’s suites have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs, and walk-in showers. Select homes have full basements that may include media rooms, bars, and workout rooms.
Garages, most of which are front-entry, accommodate 2 cars.
Backyards are appointed with covered or screened porches, composite decks, and/or stamped patios for outdoor living.
Cluster home lots measure approximately 50′ wide and range from .09 to 0.16 acres.
Yellow parcels within the red border on the illustrated map above are HOA-owned common areas. Homes abutting these parcels have extended views of meadows or foliage.
The park is located in the main community and is accessible from the trail off Potomac Dr (between house numbers 17894 & 17916) or the trail next to the basketball courts.
The Meadows of Stillbrooke is bordered on its north and east sides by a tall earth berm with privacy fencing and several rows of evergreens so that homes are not visible from the surrounding roadway/retail plaza.
Eleven cluster homes encircle a fountained “Lake Placid” (pictured below) for serene water views.
The Meadows of Stillbrooke is accessible through the main community of single-family homes via Stillbrooke Dr, located at the intersection of Cook Ave and Ordner Dr.
The entrance to Placid Cove (pictured above) has a landscaped turnabout with evergreen trees and stacked stone signage flanked by landscape beds with white picket fencing.
Placid Cove has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Post is delivered to the mailbox unit located on the north side of the turnabout.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Meadows of Stillbrooke cluster homes are approximately $425 annually, which includes snow removal and lawn care. There are no additional monthly fees.
Residences are served by Strongsville City Schools.
