Siedel’s Landing (aka Siedel Farms) is a community of 148 single-family homes and limited-maintenance cluster homes surrounded by greenspace. This subdivision is located in Strongsville, Ohio, just west of Prospect Rd, off the south side of Westwood Dr.

The Siedel’s Landing Villas comprise 100 units along the streets of North Trl, South Trl, Oxbow Path, and the east end of Olde Creek Trl (house numbers 22000-22277).

The site of this community was previously Siedel’s Fun Farm, fondly remembered for its family-friendly autumnal hay maze, hayrides and bonfires.

Siedel’s Landing Villas were constructed between 2007-2024 exclusively by Parkview Custom Homes—a third-generation family business.

Parkview offered a half-dozen fully customizable villa floorplans including ranch and 1.5-story designs ranging from 2,000-3,300 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.

These detached cluster homes feature facades designed with a similar aesthetic and color scheme, offering a cohesive streetscape.

Several designs were awarded Best Condo/Cluster Design and Exterior Architecture at the Cleveland Choice Awards.

Siedel’s Landing Villas are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood or LVP flooring, volume ceilings, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining areas and/or private dens with coffered ceilings and french doors, and open-concept living areas including fireplaced great rooms with vaulted ceilings and kitchens featuring a center island, breakfast bar, pantry, dinette area, and sunroom with sliders to the deck/patio. First or second floor owner’s suites have tray or vaulted ceilings, sitting areas, dual walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms.

Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Backyards can include custom patios and/or decks and fire pits.

Lots measure approximately 55′ wide and range from 0.15 to 0.32 acres.

Most homes abut HOA-owned common area (yellow area on above map), extending meadow or wooded views.

⚠️Baker Creek flows near the southern end of the Olde Creek Trl cul-de-sac and a stream meanders along the northern end of the community. Properties adjacent to waterways may have designated floodways/flood hazards. View FEMA Flood Map.

There are two community entrances from Westwood Dr via Siedel’s Landing Pl (villas entrance) and Olde Creek Trl (single-family homes entrance). Each has a landscaped divided median with signage flanked by fountained retention basins and stacked stone pillars with white three-rail fencing.

The north end of the community along Westwood Dr is bordered by an earth berm with mature evergreens, offering privacy from the main road.

Cluster home streets have curbs, sidewalks along one side of the street, parking pads for guests’ vehicles, and landscaped street loops and cul-de-sacs.

Post is delivered to cluster mailbox units.

Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Siedel’s Landing Villas are approximately $550 annually plus $450 quarterly, which includes lawn maintenance, front landscaping, and snow removal.
