About Siedels Landing in Strongsville
Siedel’s Landing (aka Siedel Farms) is a community of 148 single-family and limited-maintenance cluster homes surrounded by greenspace in Strongsville, Ohio. This subdivision is located just west of Prospect Rd, off the south side of Westwood Dr.

The 48 single-family homes of Siedels Landing encompass the west half of the community along the streets of Pinnacle Pt, Valleybrook Ln, and the west end of Olde Creek Trl (house numbers 22333-22324).

The site of this community was previously Siedel’s Fun Farm, fondly remembered for its autumnal family-friendly hay maze, hayrides and bonfires.
Siedel’s Landing single-family homes were constructed between 2015-2019 exclusively by Parkview Custom Homes—a third-generation family business.
Facades are styled as contemporary cottage or farmhouse/craftsman designs with full or partial brick/stone.
Parkview Homes offered a half-dozen fully customizable single-family floorplans including ranch and two-story designs ranging from 3,400-5,500 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms.
Siedel‘s Landing single-family homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood or LVP flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases and wrought iron balusters, mudrooms, parlors and/or private dens, formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story) with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to kitchens featuring a center island, breakfast bar, large walk-in pantry, and dinette/morning room. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sink vanities, and enclosed lavatories. First or second-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Second floors offer lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) have bars, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms.
Attached front-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.
Backyards may include custom patios and/or decks and fire pits. In-ground pools, fences and playsets are permitted.
Lots measure approximately 80-90′ wide and range from 0.27 to 0.48 acres. There is also one home on 0.63 acres.
Homesites are cleared, offering open views.
Many homes abut HOA-owned common area (yellow area on above map), extending meadowed views.
Homes along the south end of Valleybrook Ln cul-de-sac overlook a fountained pond.

There are two community entrances from Westwood Dr via Siedel’s Landing Pl (villas entrance) and Olde Creek Trl (single-family homes entrance). Each has a landscaped divided median with signage flanked by fountained retention basins and stacked stone pillars with white three-rail fencing.
The north end of the community along Westwood Dr is bordered by an earth berm with mature evergreens, offering privacy from the main road.
Streets occupied by single-family homes are lined by street trees, curbs and sidewalks along both sides of the street.
Pinnacle Pt and Valleybrook Ln have cul-de-sacs.
Post is delivered to cluster mailbox units.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Siedel’s Landing single-family homes are approximately $500 annually.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.

Siedel‘s Landing (also called Siedel Farms) is located in northwest Strongsville, just west of Prospect Rd, off the south side of Westwood Dr.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-71 and 11 min to I-80/Turnpike.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is also just a 9-min drive.
The Strongsville Recreation and Senior Center is 7 min away, offering residents a pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, massage therapy, ball courts, indoor elevated track, weight and exercise room, and game area with pool tables, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more.
As for parks, Strongsville has nine city parks with ball courts/fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, and trails.
There’s also Mill Stream Run Reservation 12 min away, part of Cleveland Metroparks, where visitors can engage in hiking, horseback riding, archery, ziplining, axe throwing, and tobogganing.
