Quail Ridge Condominiums is a community of 80 limited-maintenance townhome-style units close to The Metroparks in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the north side of W Edgerton Rd, 0.6 miles east of W 130th St, comprising Quail Ridge Dr, Pheasant Run Cir and Eagle Nest Dr.
Quail Ridge Condominiums were built from 1998-2002.
These townhouse-style units are arranged in groups of 2 or 3, with one or two shared walls between them.
Ranch condos range from 1,700-2,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cape cod (1.5-story) styles range from 2,100-3,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Condos may include volume and cathedral ceilings, open staircases, abundant windows, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, flex rooms, an open-concept great room with formal dining area, and kitchens with a pantry, vaulted dinette area, and hearth room. Second levels include lofts and walk-in storage rooms. Most units have slab foundations; others have finished basements with coveted walkout access.

Two elongated ponds offer serene water views to abutting condos.
A tributary stream of the Rocky River East Branch runs along the northwest corner of the community.

The entrance to Quail Ridge Dr is designated by a landscaped bed with signage suspended between stone pillars.
As with most condo communities, there are no sidewalks, but there are curbs.
The street is illuminated at night by antique-style acorn-shaped streetlights.
Mailboxes are conveniently placed at the end of each shared driveway.
With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
NOTE: Just beyond the forest to the northwest is the City of North Royalton’s Sewage Plant.
Bordering this community to the southwest are Edgerton Woods Condos, and to the east is Camelot Estates.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Quail Ridge Condominiums are approximately $279/month, which includes exterior maintenance, snow removal, lawn care, exterior window washing, and gutter cleaning.
