Orchard Hill is a community of 33 single-family homes in Strongsville, Ohio, walkable to the High School and around the corner from the retail district.
It is located on the north side of Lunn Rd, 0.4 miles east of Prospect Rd. This subdivision is accessible via Apple Ln and comprises the streets of Cortland Way, fourteen homes on the east end of Scott Dr (house numbers 20230-20406 & 20475), and nine homes on the east end of Sterling Way (house numbers 20355-20494).

Homes were constructed between 1988-2005 by builders including Joe Lipovits, Colabianchi Construction, and Future Home Builders.
Orchard Hill homes are mostly 2-story designs that primarily range from 3,000-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms.
Facades feature full/partial brick construction with traditional and Tudor styling.
Most homes have masonry mailboxes, enhancing their curb appeal.

Owner’s suites (most are second floor) have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Finished lower levels may have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.
Backyards include custom patios and/or decks and even gazebos for outdoor living. Some backyards are treed or wooded.
Lots measure ≤75′ wide and range from 0.29 to 0.59 acres. There is also one home on 1.4 acres.

Orchard Hill streets have curbs, trees, and sidewalks.
The eastern ends of Scott Dr and Sterling Way are dead ends, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
Orchard Hill adjoins the community of Sterling Point to the west, which has entrances off Lunn Rd and Prospect Rd.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District. The Early Learning Preschool is conveniently a half-mile east on Lunn Rd.
NOTE: This neighborhood comprises non-bussing streets to Strongsville High School, which is a ≤15 min walk or ≤4 min bike.
There are Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Orchard Hill.
To the north of Scott Dr is the subdivision of Abigail Estates. The east end of Scott Dr borders Crystal Creek.
