Nottingham Woods is an upscale development of 73 luxury homes located in North Royalton, Ohio, off the east side of Bennett Rd, a half mile south of Drake Rd. This development comprises the streets of Nottingham Pkwy, Buckingham Shire, Friar Post, and eight homes on Rye Gate Dr.

Buckingham Shire and Friar Post end in permanent cul-de-sacs.

This subdivision adjoins Devonshire Woods to the south via Rye Gate Dr.
Nottingham Woods is bordered by the gated 55+ active adult community Greenbriar at River Valley to the east, and Timberlane Estates to the southeast.

Nottingham Woods is located in southwest North Royalton off the east side of Bennett Rd, a half mile south of Drake Rd.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-71, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 17 min to I-77.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only a 10 min drive.
The North Royalton YMCA is 11 minutes away, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
