Nottingham Woods is an upscale development of 73 luxury homes in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the east side of Bennett Rd, a half mile south of Drake Rd. It comprises the streets of Buckingham Shire, Friar Post, Nottingham Pkwy, and eight homes on the north end of Rye Gate Dr.

These custom and semi-custom homes were constructed by builders including Cosmopolitan Homes, Golden Design Group, and Odyssey Homes from 1995-2001.

Facades feature a variety of styles including Cape Cod, Colonial Revival, contemporary, transitional and Victorian-inspired architecture, most constructed with full brick or brick/stone accents.

First or second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or decks, professional landscaping, and firepits/fireplaces.
Spacious lots measure approximately 100′ wide and are sized from 0.46 to 2.01 acres.
Most lots have treed or wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
Some homes abut common area (designated in yellow on above-illustrated map) owned by Nottingham Woods or the neighboring HOA, providing added space and seclusion from surrounding homes.

This subdivision adjoins Devonshire Woods to the south via Rye Gate Dr.
Nottingham Woods is bordered by the gated 55+ active adult community Greenbriar at River Valley to the east, and Timberlane Estates to the southeast.

Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-71, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 17 min to I-77.
