Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.

Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or decks and firepits.

Homesites range from 0.34 to 0.79 acres, some of which have lightly treed backyards.

A tributary stream of Baldwin Creek meanders along the northern end of the development (dashed blue line on above-illustrated map). Generally considered an environmental asset, streams enhance the natural setting, offering scenic rolling topography and opportunities for wildlife viewing.

This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

*This subdivision also includes the stub street of Durak Dr, which may be extended with future development opportunities.

With no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

To the north are two parcels owned by the city (designated in yellow on above map), which abut the neighborhood of Chesapeake 04 (aka Chesapeake Subdivision No. 4).
