A ravined stream runs behind lots along the south side of Harley Hills Dr, which will have 25′ riparian setbacks that restrict the building envelope, where no structures can be erected.
Along the northwest end of the street is a 0.22 acre common area parcel with a stormwater management pond (yellow area within the red border on above-illustrated map).
Yellow areas outside the red border is common area owned by the adjoining cluster home community.
Harley Hills Drive will be enhanced with street trees, curbs and sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Harley Hills Creekside are approximately $300 annually.
