Goodman Dr (aka R. & S. Development) is a community of 58 homes in the northeast quadrant of North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the west side of State Rd, 0.1 miles south of Royalwood Rd, and comprises Goodman Dr and Goodman Cir.
Homes were primarily constructed by Barile Homes and T & T Builders from 1978-1990. The final homes were completed in 2000 and 2003.
Nearly every home has a full brick or partial brick facade. Some homes even boast rare full brick surround!
Homes include two-story, split-level, and ranch styles ranging from 1,900-5,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2–3.5 bathrooms.
Amenities include hardwood or LVP and ceramic flooring, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, fireplaced great rooms, and kitchens with pantries and dinette areas. Owner’s suites have en suite bathrooms. Finished lower levels may include media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-2.5 cars.
Lots measure approximately 80′ wide and primarily range from 0.27 to 0.35 acres. There are also a few larger lots around 1 acre.
Lots may be cleared or have treed backyards.

The community has street trees, curbs, and sidewalks along both sides of the street.
Goodman Dr and Goodman Cir both end in permanent cul-de-sacs.
With no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
📶CELL TOWERS: To the south is a 57-acre mostly cleared plot of land with a half dozen cell phone towers, for those concerned with visual encumbrance or exposure to RF (radiofrequency) energy.
Abutting the northwest end of the subdivision is a nursery.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees.

Goodman Dr (also called R. & S. Development) and Goodman Cir are located near the border of Broadview Heights in northeast North Royalton, Ohio, off the west side of State Rd, 0.1 miles south of Royalwood Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-77, 14 min to I-71, and 16 min to I-80.
This subdivision is conveniently located just 2 min from downtown North Royalton.
Just 3 min away, at the intersection of Wallings and State Roads, is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 16 min west.
The North Royalton YMCA is 4 minutes north, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
As for parks, Memorial Park is a 4 min drive and includes a skate park; baseball fields; tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts; shelters and picnic areas; a splash pad; and an all-purpose trail. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 11 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, and toboggan chutes. Brecksville Reservation is 13 min away. It is the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. West Creek Reservation in Parma is also a 13 min drive for mountain bike trails, hiking and paved trails, and picnic pavilions.
Golfers have a variety of courses within 8-13 min: Briarwood, Seneca, Hinckley Hills, Valleaire, Sleepy Hollow, and Pine Hills.
