About Foxwood Estates in North Royalton
Foxwood Estates is an established community of 76 single-family homes located in North Royalton, Ohio, one mile east of State Rd, off the south side of Wallings Rd. This subdivision comprises the streets of Foxwood Dr, Fir Tree Dr, Linden Cir, Rosewood Oval, the cul-de-sac of Apollo Dr, eight homes on the east end of Meadow Ln (house numbers 3152-3183), and one home at 3135 Wallings Rd.
These homes were built from 1993-1999 by builders including Chas Corp Homes, Liberty Custom Builders, River Valley Homes, and Zillich Homes.
This is certainly not your typical mass-produced “cookie-cutter” development. Architectural styles include Colonial Revival, Contemporary, Transitional and Tudor, some constructed with full brick facades. This variety of designs offers an interesting and unique streetscape.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,400-4,500 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–3.5 bathrooms.
Being that homes were built by different builders, floorplans and amenities will vary. Foxwood Estates homes are generally appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, front entry foyers, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms or private dens, and large fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. First or second-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors have lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may include media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is enjoyed on decks and/or patios. Swimming pools (both in-ground and above-ground), fences, sheds and playsets are permitted in backyards.
Lots measure approximately 100′ wide and are sized from 0.33 to 0.62 acres.
Homesites may be cleared or have lightly to heavily treed backyards.
Plots of common area owned by the HOA (yellow parcels on above-illustrated map) extend open space or wooded views for abutting homesites.

🛢️NOTE: There are natural gas and oil wells (red dots on map above) near the northwest and southwest corners of the development. Due to visual encumbrance or concerns regarding health and safety, proximity to gas and oil wells can negatively impact home values. Residents in this community may receive monthly payments for mineral rights that are transferable to new owners.
The entrance to Foxwood Dr is ornamented with a landscaped bed with masonry signage.
Streets are lined by curbs, sidewalks, and mature street trees.
The south end of Foxwood Dr is currently a dead end. The developer of the neighboring community owns several parcels of land to the west, where the street could be extended with future development opportunities.
Foxwood Estates is connected to the subdivisions of Jamestown Estates (to the east) and Whispering Meadows (to the west), which have their own entrances off Wallings Rd. To the southeast, this development adjoins the Royalton Heights subdivision, which has entrances off Royalwood Rd.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Foxwood Estates are approximately $135 annually.

The Foxwood Estates subdivision is located in northwestern North Royalton, Ohio, near the border of Broadview Heights, one mile east of State Rd, off the south side of Wallings Rd.
I-77 is just an 8 min drive east.
Conveniently located one mile west at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.
The North Royalton YMCA is a 4 min drive, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
As for parks, Memorial Park, a 7 min drive, has a splash pad, fishing pond, trails, sport courts, an enclosed playground, and a skate park. Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls, is 13 min east. Mill Stream Run Reservation is 14 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, and toboggan chutes. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 18 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers are 9 min to Seneca, 11 min to Briarwood, 12 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 13 min to Valleaire and Sleepy Hollow, and 15 min to Pine Hills.
