Fieldstone Preserve is a community of 83 single-family and limited-maintenance detached cluster homes in Strongsville, Ohio surrounded by greenspace and bikable to the neighborhood elementary school.
This subdivision is located off the west side of Pearl Rd, 0.4 miles north of Boston Rd.

Cluster homes encompass the southern portion of Whitemarsh Ln (house numbers 185532-18724), two homes on Ledgestone Dr (house numbers 18681 & 18713), and two homes on Martins Ln (house numbers 18593 & 18627).


These freestanding cluster homes were constructed in 2018 by Pulte Homes.
Cluster homes are available as ranch and two-story designs ranging from 1,800-2,400 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.
Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with brick/stone accents. Each has a covered front entryway, many with extended front porches.
Inside, Fieldstone Preserve cluster homes have LVP flooring, 9′ ceilings, designated foyers (some with crown molding and wainscoting), garage-entry mud halls with cubbies and a bench, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, private dens with glass-paned french doors or flex rooms (formal dining, playroom, office or living room), sunrooms (select floorplans), and fireplaced great rooms that open to kitchens featuring recessed lighting, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, oversized center islands with pendant lights and breakfast bars, walk-in pantry, and dining area. First-floor owner’s suites (some with tray ceilings) offer walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, dual sink vanity, and enclosed commodes. Second floors include lofts. Homes have slab foundations (no basement).
Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars, some of which are oversized for storage, motorcycle parking, and/or work areas.
Backyards include patios.
Lots measure approximately 55′ wide and range from 0.18 to 0.32 acres.
Homesites are cleared of old-growth trees. Additional privacy is achieved with plantings.
Some homes abut HOA-owned common space (yellow areas within the blue boundary on illustrated map above), offering treed or meadow views.
Within this greenspace, Pulte installed stormwater management systems that exceeded code requirements to deter any flooding in the area.
Staggered evergreens along the north and west ends of the community provide a natural buffer from adjacent homes.

The entrance street of Rockglen Dr is off the west side of Pearl Road, just north of Boston Road.
The subdivision includes curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Mail is delivered to a cluster box unit.
Fieldstone Preserve is also accessible from Drake Rd via Walnut Dr or through the adjoining subdivision to the east, The Woods of Strongsville (aka Drake Estates), from Pearl Rd via Ellsworth Dr.
A City of Cleveland water treatment facility located at 18640 Pearl Rd is directly east of the homes on Martins Ln and Ledgestone Dr.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District. NOTE: Whitemarsh Ln and Martins Ln are non-bussing streets to Kinsner Elementary School, which is bikable in ≤6 min through the neighboring community.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Fieldstone Preserve cluster homes are approximately $500 annually plus $119 monthly, which includes snow removal and lawn care.
