Edgebrook is a community in Strongsville, Ohio with roughly 80 freestanding limited-maintenance cluster homes surrounded by greenspace. This subdivision is located off the north side of Westwood Dr, between Prospect and Pearl Roads, encompassing the streets of Edgebrook Dr, Edgehill Oval, Edgepark Cir, Edgeview Ln, and three lots on Westwood Dr (house numbers 19900, 19934, 19982).

Edgebrook cluster homes were built exclusively by K. Hovnanian Homes from 2014-2018.
The builder offered seven floorplans including two-story and ranch designs ranging from 2,400-5,000 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Many Edgebrook homes include stone-accented facades and covered front entryways, some with extended porches for seating.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, mudrooms, volume ceilings, wainscoting & crown molding, and open-concept great rooms with fireplaces and kitchens featuring center islands, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area or morning room. Some homes have a living room, private den or sunroom. Owner’s suites have tray ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Second floors offer lofts. Finished lower levels have bars, media rooms, and exercise rooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars.
Backyards include custom patios and/or decks and even fire pits.
Cleared homesites have approximately 50′ frontage and range from 0.13 to 0.29 acres.
Some homes abut HOA-owned common area (yellow parcels within the red boundary on above map), extending meadow, wooded, or pond views. Yellow areas outside the red border are common areas of neighboring subdivisions.

The entrance street of Edgebrook Dr is flanked by landscape beds with signage.
Its streets have curbs, sidewalks, and landscaped cul-de-sacs with parking pads for guests’ vehicles.
With no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Post is delivered to the cluster mailbox unit on Edgebrook Dr.
Bordering the subdivision to the east is the adult 55+ community, Olympia, and to the southeast are The Dells condominiums. To the west is an industrial park.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Edgebrook are approximately $150/month, which includes lawn maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
