About Creekside in Strongsville
Creekside is a community of 28 homes in northwest Strongsville, Ohio located off the west side of Prospect Rd, 0.3 miles north of Albion Rd, comprising Creekside Dr and four homes on Pine Needle Trl (house numbers 10160-10288).


Homes were built between 1989-1997 and include ranch, cape cod and colonial styles that range from 1,900-3,700 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.
Facades are mainly muted earth tones with cedar siding; some are accented with brick or stone.
Principal rooms include first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, formal dining rooms/areas, formal living rooms or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring a pantry and dinette area. Owner’s suites have walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities, soaking jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Homes are all slab foundation (no basement). Oversized garages, either front or side-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards are appointed with custom patios and/or decks and storage sheds.
Homesites measure approximately 75-80′ wide and are sized from 0.30 to 0.47 acres, most of which are treed.
Five homes along the south side of Creekside Dr back to a half-acre HOA-owned common area parcel with a retention basin.
Yellow parcels outside the red border (on the above map) are common land of neighboring communities.
Creekside Dr and Pine Needle Trl have curbs and sidewalks and an eyebrow cul-de-sac at their intersection.
Heading south, Pine Needle Trl becomes the community of Meadowood, which also borders Creekside to the west.
Bordering the development to the north is the community of Breckenridge.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Creekside are approximately $100 annually.
