Chasemoor is a private security-gated single-street community in Strongsville, Ohio with nine custom-built estates nestled amongst the forested beauty of the Metroparks. It is undoubtedly the most prestigious development in all of Strongsville, let alone southwest Cuyahoga County!
This development is located 0.4 miles north of Royalton Rd, off the west side of Webster Rd. It comprises the cul-de-sac street of Chasemoor Drive (sometimes spelled Chase Moor), and one home at 13330 Webster Rd.
These magnificent mansions were custom-designed and built by Valore Builders from 1993-2008.
Chasemoor estates are primarily two-story floorplans ranging from 5,900-13,000+ square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 5-6.5+ bathrooms.

A tributary stream of the East Branch of the Rocky River runs along the southern portion of the subdivision, offering sloping topography and presenting opportunities for fishing and wildlife viewing.
The entrance to Chasemoor Drive is ornamented by landscaped beds with mature trees and a landscaped divided median. A blond brick privacy wall with lantern-topped pillars encases two double-hung wrought iron security gates.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Chasemoor are approximately $2,500 annually.
Residences are served by the Strongsville City School District.
