Traditionally styled facades include full or partial brick/stone with vinyl shake/shingle accents.

Full finished lower levels offer media rooms, bars, and workout rooms. Garages (most are front-entry) accommodate 2-3 cars (some have a tandem 3rd stall).
Outdoor living is enhanced by stamped patios, some covered.
Backyards are either treed or abut a treeline.
Backyard fences, storage sheds and in-ground pools are permitted.
Homesites measure approximately 85′ wide and range from 0.44 to 0.56 acres.

The entrance to Castlewood Dr is flanked by a curved stone signage wall surrounded by landscaping and evergreens.
The street has curbs, sidewalks, and a permanent cul-de-sac.
As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Residences are served by Strongsville City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Castlewood are approximately $250 annually.
