Avery Walden Reserve (also called Avery Walden) is a picturesque community in Strongsville, Ohio, with 63 luxury single-family homes nestled amongst wooded preserves and Metroparks. This subdivision is located off the west side of Webster Rd, 0.8 miles north of Royalton Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac streets of Bentley Ln, Calderdale Ln, and Castlereagh Ln.

These semi-custom and custom-built homes were constructed between 2006-2024 by builders including Blossom Homes, Colabianchi Builders, Gatliff Custom Builders, KNL Custom Homes, Legacy Homes, Parkview Homes, Pepperwood Signature Homes, Prestige Homes, Pulte Homes, Ruggiero Custom Homes, and Unmistakably Premier Homes.
Avery Walden Reserve homes include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 2,400-6,700+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.
Exteriors are styled with French Country, contemporary cottage, or modern European architectural styles, exuding old-world charm. Facades are stonework-dominant, constructed with either full-stone (with some boasting a full-stone surround!) or partial stone combined with stucco, Hardie board, shake and/or brick.
Homes are exceptionally appointed with desirable amenities and premium finishes like soaring custom ceilings, grand millwork, turrets, and hardwood or marble flooring. Avery Walden Reserve is located in northeastern Strongsville, off the west side of Webster Rd, 0.8 miles north of Royalton Rd (OH-82).
Highways are conveniently accessible in 6 min to I-71 and 9 min to I-80/Turnpike.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is just an 8 min drive.

Cyclists will appreciate the 11-min bike ride to the Metroparks’ multi-purpose trail along Valley Parkway. Heading east, the trail connects to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. To the west, it leads through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation.
Golfers are 11-15 min from Briarwood, Pine Hills, Royal Crest, Seneca, and Valleaire.
