Damien Baden was wonderful from our first phone call to the close of our house and beyond. Living in Arizona and wanting to move back to the northeast Ohio area, I found the home of my dreams online and called him immediately as it was his listing. He provided me with tons of information and was so helpful. I hopped on a plane 3 days later to see it real time. Damien picked me up at the airport and took me directly to the house. We were able to successfully negotiate a deal and moved in last month. Damien was super helpful with our move and everything related to the home-buying process. He kept us informed of what was going on in Ohio, which was very reassuring being so far away. Unbelievably responsive, professional and just a super nice guy.
