Homestead at Harley Hills is a community of 40 freestanding limited-maintenance cluster homes in North Royalton, Ohio, with trail access to the neighboring Mr. Divot’s Sports Park.
This subdivision is located off the east side of York Rd, a half-mile north of Royalton Rd, and comprises sixteen homes along Harley Hills Dr (house numbers 7708-7759) and the entirety of Heritage Trl and Homestead Cir.

Homes were built from 2001-2005 by Tanglewood Elite Homes.
These detached cluster homes are available as 1-story (ranch), 1.5-story and 2-story designs with full basements (some are walkouts!) ranging from 1,300-2,700 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-71, 12 min to I-80/OH-Turnpike, and 13 min to I-77.
You are just 12 min from SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector for access to local dining and retail.
The North Royalton YMCA is 7 min drive, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.

The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 8 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
