Eagles West is a community of 16 luxury homes in North Royalton, Ohio located 0.6 miles east of State Rd, off the south side of Royalwood Rd. It is accessible through Eagle Chase and comprises Eagle Pt and Eagles Lndg.

🛢️NOTE: Just west of the Eagle Pt terminus is a natural gas and oil well (red dot on above map). Due to visual encumbrance or concerns of health and safety, proximity to gas and oil wells can negatively impact home sales/values. On the flip side, neighboring residents can often yield greatly reduced property tax values through the board of revisions.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $100 annually.
Bordering Eagles West to the south is the community of Prince Charles Estates.

Eagles West is a development in northeast North Royalton Ohio, along the border of Broadview Heights. It is located on the south side of Royalwood Rd, 0.6 miles east of State Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-77, 14 min to I-71, and 15 min to I-80.
This subdivision is conveniently located just 3 min from downtown North Royalton. Also 3 min away at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station, and The North Royalton YMCA with a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 16 min west.
As for parks, Memorial Park is a 3 min drive and includes a skate park; baseball fields; tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts; shelters and picnic areas; a splash pad; and an all-purpose trail. Brecksville Reservation is only 11 min away. It is the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 12 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. West Creek Reservation in Parma is a 13 min drive for mountain bike trails, hiking and paved trails, and picnic pavilions.
Golfers have a variety of courses within 8-13 min: Briarwood, Seneca, Hinckley Hills, Valleaire, Sleepy Hollow, and Pine Hills.
