About Devonshire Woods in North Royalton
Devonshire Woods is a community of 89 luxury homes in southwest North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located 0.1 miles south of Bennett Rd, off the east side of Lytle Rd. It encompasses the streets of Cavendish Ct, Founders Ct, Greyfriars Cir, Harrow Pl, and Montague Ct, ten homes on the south end of Rye Gate Dr, and four homes on the east side of Lytle Rd (house numbers 19485, 19515, 19525 & 19535).


These residences were mainly built between 1992-1998, with the final homes constructed in 2004 and 2021.
Complementary facades are styled with Colonial Revival and Transitional architecture constructed with full vinyl, full brick, or partial brick/stone.
Homes include two-story styles ranging from 3,100-4,900 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story/vaulted) that open to large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, a tiled backsplash, breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area. First or second floor laundry rooms. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) include vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels may have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards include custom patios and/or decks, professional landscaping, and firepits/fireplaces for outdoor living.
Spacious lots are primarily sized from 0.39 to 0.54 acres, with some larger lots up to 2.88 acres.
Many lots have treed or partially wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
The entrance to Greyfriars Cir is flanked on the left side by a landscaped bed with masonry signage.
Streets are lined with mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.
Cavendish Ct, Founders Ct, Greyfriars Cir, and Montague Ct have cul-de-sacs.
To the north, Rye Gate Dr adjoins Nottingham Woods, which has its own entrance off Bennett Rd. Devonshire Woods also connects to the subdivisions of Cambridge Park (aka North Boston) to the south and Timberlane Estates to the east, both of which have entrances off Boston Rd.
The northwest end of the development abuts a parcel owned by the Board of Education.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Devonshire Woods are approximately $160 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

Devonshire Woods is located in southwest North Royalton near the border of Hinckley, roughly 0.1 mile south of Bennett Rd, off the east side of Lytle Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-71, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 17 min to I-77.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only a 10 min drive.
