About Cortland Reserve Dr in North Royalton
Apple Tree Hill (more commonly known by its street name, Cortland Reserve Dr) is a single-street community of six custom-built luxury homes around an elevated cul-de-sac in southeast North Royalton, Ohio. Cortland Reserve Dr is located near the scarcely trafficked terminus (dead-end) of Wiltshire Rd, offering residents a peaceful retreat.

The 10.91-acre site was originally owned by local custom builder, Raymond Likowski, who built his Tudor home on the west end of the property in 1977. In later years, the land was subdivided into five additional lots and a cul-de-sac was added. These five new homes were constructed between 1999-2003.
Homes range from 3,000-4,200 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, 9′ first-floor ceilings, 8′ paneled doors, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens, first laundry rooms with a utility tub, and fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted or two-story) that open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, pantries, and dinette area or morning room. First or second-floor owner’s suites have vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite baths with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished 12 or 13-course lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs) include media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Outdoor living is enhanced by custom patios and/or decks, verandas, firepits, and professional landscaping.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2.5-3 cars.
Generously sized homesites range from 0.86 to 1.64 acres. Other than the original home with five partially wooded acres, lots are cleared for wide-open vistas.
A treeline surrounds the community’s perimeter on the north and east sides, offering privacy from neighboring homes.
Cortland Reserve Dr does not have sidewalks, but it does have curbs.
The neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
