Napa Estates in Avon Ohio is an upscale single-street* community of 13 homes built between 2006-2011. Builders include Schafer Development Co and Gamellia Homes.
Homes occupy the street of Napa Blvd, off the north side of Schwartz Rd, just east of Nagel Rd.
Facades feature full brick or accents of brick/stone
Napa Estates has both colonial and cape cod homes that range from 2,100-4,300+ square feet, with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms. These impressive homes feature coveted amenities like dramatic 2-story foyers with open turned staircases, ceramic tile and hardwood floors, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, spacious great rooms (some 2-story), oversized kitchens with dinette area or morning room, owner’s suites with walk-in closets and dual-sink en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs, finished basements, stamped concrete patios, and oversized 2.5-3 car garages (most are side-load).
Homesites are 90’+ wide and range from 0.37 to 0.43 acres.
The first few homes along the east side of Napa Blvd abut a treeline.
Several homes along the northeast end of Napa Blvd have views of a large fountained pond of the neighboring community, Woodbridge Estates.
On the right side of the entrance is a low-hung trellis with vines and a stacked stone signage wall.
Napa Blvd has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
With only one street and one entrance, traffic is limited to residents of Napa Estates and their guests.
*Napa Blvd ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
Post is delivered to the cluster box unit near the entrance.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Napa Estates are approximately $400 annually.
The Vineyards (aka Vineyard Estates) is directly across the street.
