Halsted Village is a community of 43 single-family homes in southwest Avon, Ohio with direct walkability to Avon Middle School.

This subdivision is located one mile south of Detroit Rd off the west side of Stoney Ridge Rd (State Route 611). It comprises the residential streets of Countryside Ln, Halsted Ln, and Split Rail Ln.

This subdivision was built by Garland Griffith and Ryan Homes between 2009–2015.

Facades showcase Neo-Colonial and Modern Farmhouse architecture.

These 1-story (ranch) and 2-story homes range from 2,100-4,300 above-grade square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
