Stone Wheel Estates is a single-street* community in southeast Avon Ohio with 47 custom and semi-custom homes built between 2008 and 2011 by Garland Griffin (now Garland) and Drees Homes.

Bradley Woods Reservation (7 min), also in Westlake, has 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a fishing lake with surrounding walking path, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation. Avon’s Miller Nature Preserve (9 min) offers nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world. There’s also a visitor center with a gift shop, café, event hall, and an outdoor patio that hosts weekly music events during summertime.
