West Wickham is a single-street* subdivision of 30 homes in northeast Avon Ohio, built exclusively by Ryan Homes between 2019-2020.
Being that homes were constructed by a single builder, facades have a similar aesthetic, offering a cohesive streetscape.
While there are some more traditional and full brick facades, most are Cratsman-inspired (modern farmhouse) with a combination of stone wrap, mixed-texture siding profiles (vertical, horizontal and/or shake), white window trim & fascia trim/rake board, and/or gable accents. Many homes have extended front porches with room for seating that welcomes casual chats with neighbors.
West Wickham homes mainly range from 3,000-4,600 square feet with 4-5 beds and 3.5–5 baths.
Interior features depend on the selected upgrades, size and layout of the home, which may include LVP flooring, flex rooms and/or private dens, garage entry mud halls with drop zones (benches & cubbies), pocket offices/planning centers, and open-concept great rooms with fireplaces that open to dining areas and kitchens with granite/quartz countertops, tile backsplash, elongated center island with breakfast bar seating, and walk-in pantry. First or second-floor owner’s suites offer tray ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite baths with soaking tubs and/or walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Homesites are approximately 100′ wide and mainly range from 0.42 to 0.61 acres. Lots are cleared, but may abut a neighboring treed parcel.
The entrance to West Wickham is off Middleton Dr via Pendleton Ct. The entrance is flanked on the right side by landscaping with signage and several ponds.
Homes currently occupy the cul-de-sac street of Pendleton Ct, which is lined with ornamental street trees, curbs and sidewalks.
With only one entrance and no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
*The stub street of Bolton Ln may be extended with future development opportunities.
