Norton Place is a subdivision of 29 colonial homes nestled next to a massive sunflower field and conveniently around the corner from Heritage Elementary and the retail of Avon Commons.

This community was built exclusively by K. Hovnanian between 2017-2020.

K. Hovnanian offered 7 two-story floorplans from which to personalize.
