Norton Place is a subdivision of 29 colonial homes nestled next to a massive sunflower field and conveniently around the corner from Heritage Elementary and the retail of Avon Commons.
This subdivision is located 0.4 miles north of Detroit Road off the east side of Jaycox Road. It comprises the residential street of Norton Place, two homes at 34852 & 34834 Middleton Drive (aka Middleton Road), and 2041 Jaycox Road.
This community was built exclusively by K. Hovnanian between 2017-2020.
K. Hovnanian offered seven 2-story floorplans from which to personalize.
The homogeneous streetscape is lined with facades of modern farmhouse and contemporary cottage architecture designed with elegant stone, various vinyl siding profiles, white fascia trim, and windows with white trim.
Norton Place homes range from 2,600-3,500 above-grade square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5.5 bathrooms. Including finished basement space, these homes can total 4,900 square feet.
First floors offer desirable modern amenities like covered front entryways (some with extended porches for seating), Guardian Smart Home communication hub, front-entry foyers, LVP flooring, 9′ first floor ceilings, mud halls, formal living and/or dining rooms, private dens/bonus rooms, and everyday open-concept living in great rooms with stone-faced fireplaces that open to kitchens with quartz/granite counters, center island with breakfast bar, 42” soft-close cabinets, food pantry, butler’s pantry (upgrade option), and dinette or morning room.

Post is delivered to the cluster box unit along the northeast end of Norton Pl.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Norton Place are roughly $900 annually.
