About Highland Park in Avon
Highland Park is a master-planned community in Avon built from the late 1990s through to 2021, with homesites still available for new construction today. This super-community has roughly 600+ homes built by Pulte Homes and Drees, as well as custom builders like Lapos and Smitek. Most are colonial homes, but there are a few smaller ranch homes as well.
Homes range from 1,800 to 5,400 square feet, with 3–6 bedrooms and 3–6 bathrooms. Lot sizes range from .25 to 1.5 acres. Premium cul-de-sac, pond view, park view, and wooded homesites are available to suit your desired surrounding.
These impressive homes, particularly the newer ones, are loaded with features that cater to even the most elite tastes: cultured marble, coffered ceilings, split staircases with wrought iron spindles, stone-faced gas fireplaces, mudroom with built-ins, theater rooms, and custom backyard oasis with outdoor kitchen. Other desirable modern amenities include 3-car side entry garage, large windows, two-story foyers, open concept floor plans, vaulted great rooms, and finished basements. Owner’s suites are appointed with walk-in closet(s) and a glamour bath with separate tub and shower. Spacious gourmet kitchens feature granite or Corian countertops, large islands, breakfast bars, butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry.
Highland Park homes sell at an average price per square foot in the mid $150s/SF, with some newer construction homes selling at $200/SF.

Highland Park is located in the south-central region of Avon, near the northern border of North Ridgeville. It sits between Stoney Ridge Road and Route 83/Center Road, with entrances off of each.
It is approximately 10 minutes from Interstate 90, via either the OH-254/Detroit Rd or OH-83/Center Road interchange.
With close proximity to top-rated Avon Schools, driving to school is a breeze: Heritage Elementary, the Middle and High School are roughly 6 mins away; Avon East Elementary is about 8 mins.
There are many nearby opportunities for activity and enjoyment. Just 3 minutes north is Miller Nature Preserve. It offers nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world.
