The Reserve at Mass Estates in Avon Ohio is a new construction community by Petros Homes. This new construction community in Avon will have 37 single-family homes built on country-sized lots that range from 1/3 to 1/2 acre.

Petros Homes offers two-story, ranch and first-floor owner’s suite homes that can be customized to your liking.

Expected prices should start in the $500,000s but understanding where lumber prices are today, I see this new community with prices more in the $600,000s, $700,000s and higher.
