Augusta Woods is a picturesque community of 23 homes in Avon, Ohio comprising the cul-de-sac street of Augusta Way, located off the east side of Nagel Rd, between Schwartz Rd and Mills Rd.
These stunning homes were built by Garland Griffith (Garland New Homes) from 2004-2006, with the final home constructed in 2010.

Traditionally styled facades range from stately traditional full-brick to a mix of stone or brick with vinyl siding or stucco. Further enhancing their curb appeal, these homes have side-entry garages.
Inside, you’ll find enviable amenities including hardwood floors, dramatic two-story foyers, vaulted or 2-story great rooms with fireplaces, formal dining rooms, private dens, and first or second-floor laundry rooms. Homesites measure approximately 100′ wide and range from 0.35 to 0.46 acres. There are two larger lots measuring 0.71 and 1.18 acres. Most backyards are lightly treed or partly wooded for privacy. A few homes near the entrance on the south side of the street overlook a fountained pond.

Augusta Way is improved with street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks along both sides of the street.
