About Autumn Grove in Avon

Autumn Grove is a new construction community of 20 single-family homes in southeast Avon, Ohio, conveniently walkable to Avon Wetlands Trailhead.

This subdivision is located off the south side of Riegelsberger Rd, 0.4 miles east of Center Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Autumn Court and Blossom Lane.

These homes are being constructed exclusively by Garland New Homes, which has 24 customizable floorplans or can build your own design.

Autumn Grove homes are available as ranch, 1.5-story and 2-story designs ranging from 2,000-3,500 above-grade square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars.

Cleared homesites are 100′ wide, ranging from 0.39 to 0.68 acres.

Five homes along the east end of Blossom Ln overlook a serene pond situated on a 4.86-acre common area parcel (yellow section on illustrated map above).
